You will then be asked to write a deposit check which is usually $1,000 to $5,000.

After the contracts are signed more work will be done in a very short time period. We will help you initialize the mortgage and insurance policies process, have your property of choice inspected and appraised, handle all necessary repairs, and all required surveys completed. We work closely with you to keep everything on track during the entire real estate purchase process such as working with the title company, lender, inspectors, etc.
